Science enables us to
'see' what the physical eye is too primitive to behold. It deals with the
nature of truth and makes it comprehensible and demonstrable. It takes us
above the mediocre, to the boundary to infinity. It opens thought to touch
the sublime.
Two thousand
years ago mankind was defined as "a woman clothed with the sun and
the moon under her feet and upon her head a crown of twelve starts." And
in more modern times, a hundred years ago, a synonym was proposed, when it was said that
"woman is the highest term for man." Now replace the term
"woman" with "spirituality and science" and a more
accurate sense of mankind begins to emerge, unfolding a higher dimension,
bright as the sun, the Universe beneath our feet, and its marvels as our
stars,
